The opening reception and kick-off will be held on Friday, May 17, 2019, from 6:30 p.m. until 9 p.m. The full convention will be held on Saturday, May 18, 2019, from 11 a.m. until 7 p.m.

Admission to the reception is free and open to the public.

How do I register for a workshop?

There is no registration for the workshops. It is on a first come, first served basis.


Is space limited?

As long as there is an available seat, all are welcome.

Where can I make hotel reservations?

Renaissance Philadelphia Airport Hotel is the official hotel for ECBACC 2019 at the discount rate of $139.00 per night plus taxes. Parking is available at no additional cost. The cut-off date to make reservations is May 2nd.
